Enter the 2025 QCS Awards!

Earn recognition for your best Collaboration and QCS Program Promotion projects from the past year that you are most proud of and showcase your latest Innovations at the QCS Annual Conference.

Enter the QCS Awards. The awards are open to all QCS Purchasing Cooperative members and approved supply partners. Don’t be intimidated. Submitting your award entries is a simple process. Just follow the steps on the online entry forms. There is no fee to enter!

The winners will be announced during the QCS Annual Conference in Boston, MA, that will be held October 19 – 21, 2025. Winners will also receive pre- and post-conference recognition through press releases, social media posts, QCS communications, and more.

Best Collaboration Award

The QCS Best Collaboration Award honors initiatives that deliver excellence through the joint efforts of a QCS member and QCS approved supply partner working together to either solve a problem or achieve a desired outcome. This can include initiatives such as new packaging innovation, new product launch, cost savings, regulatory compliance, supply chain efficiency/effectiveness, operational improvement, process improvement, and more. Award entries are open to joint efforts from all QCS members and approved supply partners.

All entries must be jointly submitted by the member and supply partner who took part in the collaboration, and both parties must agree to the award submission.

Supply Partner Program Promotion Award

The QCS Supply Partner Program Promotion Award honors approved supply partner organizations’ creative member-based marketing campaigns that communicate the provided value, benefits, and advantages to QCS members. This can include initiatives such as an introduction to members, a QCS program rebrand or re-launch, webinars, podcasts, print collateral, social media campaigns, websites, training and educational seminars, and more. This award is judged on merit, so no matter how big or small your budget or audience, we invite you to enter the marketing campaigns you are proud of. Award entries are open to all approved QCS supply partners.

Innovation Award

Don’t miss your chance to be part of the QCS Innovation Showcase: Quick Pitch Competition. This interactive, fun, and fast-paced session is where QCS supply partners present their latest innovations, groundbreaking solutions, and new products. QCS members determine the winner by investing their “play” cash. The company with the highest investment will be crowned the Innovation Award winner at the QCS Awards Gala on the last night of the QCS Annual Conference. Past winners have gone on to become successful QCS programs—don’t miss your chance to take center stage at this highly anticipated, standing-room-only event!
